Obituary of Eva Lowenberger

Eva (Heidt) Lowenberger, 97 of Franklinville, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday morning, December 5, 2020. Eva was born on January 12, 1923, near Bonn, Germany, the second of four daughters born to Max and Selma Heidt. She emigrated to the USA in June 1938 and settled in NYC. In 1943 she married Walter Lowenberger, and they had three sons, Mark, David, and Gary. The family moved to Vineland, NJ, in 1957. Eva was employed for over 20 years' as a bookkeeper at the Vineland Times-Journal before her retirement. Eva was predeceased by her father Max; her mother Selma; her husband, Walter, and her three sisters, Ruth, Margo, and Ilse. She is survived by her sons, Mark (Pat), David (Ricardo), Gary (Shirley); grandchildren, Michael (Ellen) Lowenberger, Tricia (Rob) Squire, Seth (Melanie) Lowenberger, Aaron (Amanda) Lowenberger, Josh (Jackie) Lowenberger, Nikki (Brandon) Schiavone, and Mike (Paige) Schiavone; great-grandchildren, Alyssa (Jeremy) Leitmeyer, Brandon Squire, Andrew Lowenberger, Mara Lowenberger, Gavin Lowenberger, Asher Lowenberger, Nathan Lowenberger, Maggie Hebing and great-great-grandchildren Logan and Sophia Leitmeyer, multiple nieces and nephews, and many extended family members in Canada and Germany.
