Obituary of Patricia Ann Gorgo

Patricia Ann (D'Augostine) Gorgo, 62, of Landisville passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Friday evening, January 4, 2013 at Penn/Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia. She was a beloved school teacher at Buena Regional Middle School. Patti was always very proud of her 42 years as an educator. Obtaining her Master's in the Art of Teaching (+30) at the age of 53, she had an endless desire for perfecting her craft. While the evelution of her skills in education was always important, nothing was as impacting as the love she had for her students. Her family and friends will tell you, however, that her greatest gift was unconditional love. A devoted and loving mother to all, a wife, grandmother & friend. Patricia's giving nature and love lives on in all our hearts. Patti enjoyed walking with her friend Betsy, swimming,and visiting with her children in Pennsylvania, New York, and Rhode Island. Above all she enjoyed spending time with her entire family, especially her 3 grandchildren: Noah, Abigail, and Eliana Gorgo. Patricia is survived by her husband Richard; son Richard Jr (Kristen); daughter Lauren (Leon); Kimberlee (Jen), and her three grandchildren Noah, Abigail, and Eliana Gorgo, also her extended family and countless friends. A church visitation wil be held on Thursday January 10, 2013 from 9 to 11 AM in Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish- Church of St. Michael 504 West Ave. Minotola NJ 08341. A funeral Mass at will be held at 11 AM. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Victories Cemetery, Landisville.
