Uncle Marve August 27, 1938. February 19, 2020. 2/19/20 He came here as a young man following his brothers. A close family that always was there for each other thru good times and bad. Each in turn helping each other with large home projects like roofing and construction. With all us kids all running around playing while they worked. He worked hard, raised a family and was a good friend to many. Enjoyed fishing and spent many a evening down by the rivers or spillsways trying to catch just one more. Sure wish I took the time to have him teach me how to tie a hook on a line. He could always be relied on through good times and bad. Had a great sense of humor and wit with saying things that you would want to jot down for future reference, even if it was just to make yourself laugh. He could make lite of even a bad situation to help ya get through it a little easier. Tough on his own children by the way he was raised. His theory was to make us grow up tough enough to take on the world, To learn to think for our selves and outside of the box. It took me many years to figure that out. We should all take the time to learn from people like him. Be honest, hard working, helpful to friends and family and stop now and then by the river of life to try to enjoy the little things that God created for us to enjoy. He told me to thank God everyday and it will make life easier. With age comes wisdom. What a wise man.
