Obituary of Lucy T. Abriola

Lucy (Asselta) Abriola, 84, a lifelong resident of Minotola, passed away peacefully at South Jersey Regional Medical Center on February 21, 2011. Lucy was born and raised in Minotola by her parents Anthony and Carmella Asselta. She was a seamstress at Model Blouse clothing company. Lucy was retired having worked for 35 years at Jay Cee Market in Vineland. In 1948 Lucy married her high school sweetheart Frank ,she was very devoted to her family. Lucy enjoyed cooking delicious Italian meals for them, she sang with the Saint Michaels Church choir. Lucy was an avid Phillies fan, loved Frank Sinatra, old movies, reading and in her younger years, going to the beach. Lucy was also very well known for her infectious smile.
