Obituary of Cecelia Gay

Cecelia Estella (Simon) Gay, 93, of Buena went home to be the Lord on Tuesday, September 22, 2009. Cecelia lived most of her life in Deptford, she also resided for a few years in Sea Isle City. She was a hard working woman , while raising a family of six children, cecelia worked at New York Shipbuliding Company in Camden. During WWII, she worked at Radio Condensor Corp, Campbell's Soup Co. in Camden and was active with the American Red Cross as a volunteer. She was best known by customers at Grove Hardware, where she worked until she reached the young age of 72. Cecil was an avid reader and loved to take long walks on the beach in Sea Isle.
