Rita Friedman, born March 1925, Ukraine. Died March 5, 2010, Vineland, New Jersey. Loving mother of Dr. Anita Friedman and Igor Tartakovsky. Cherished grandmother of Joseph, Adam, and Aaron. Servant of the community for more than half a century. Graduate of the academy of law, St. Petersburg. Survivor of the Nazi Holocaust, the terrors of Stalin, proud immigrant to the United States. Co-founder of Joe's Poultry Farm. Faithful wife of Joseph Friedman, with whom she is now reunited. May her memory be a blessing.
