Obituary of Lena Marie Formento

Lena Marie (Kelly) Formento, 100 of Vineland died Saturday November 6, 2010 in the South Jersey Regional Medical Center. She was born December 15, 1909 in Carlinville, Illinois to the late Angelo and Rosina Kelly who immigrated from Bologna Italy. She had one brother, the late Joseph Kelly and his wife Helen E. Kelly. Lena worked many years as a nurse at the Vineland State School caring for special needs children. She received and award for out standing service and initiative. She married the late Dominick Formento and nursed many years until she retired. She was a member of the women's American Legion Auxillary. Lena is survived by her niece, Rosemary Lee and nephew, Jack Kelly, and his wife Diane of Carolina Beach, N.C. and their children, Blair Kelly and his wife Nikki, and their daughters Katelyn and Addison, Natalie Simpson and her husband Marcus of Wilmington, Summer and Taylor Kelly of the home, her late nephew, Jimmy McGuire and his wife Marie. Lena loved her many cousins from the Monfardini families and the Battelini families. She had a wonderful caregiver, Larisa Pantskhava.
