Charles Lay Ewing, 82, of Buena passed away Sunday, July 12, 2009. He was born to the late Samuel and Geraldine (Lay) Ewing.Before moving to Buena three years ago he resided in Egg Harbor Township.

Charles was an active member of the Zion Methodist Church in Egg Harbor Township; and a life member of the Almonessin Lake Fire Company. He enjoyed bowling and wood working

constructiong small wooden crosses for distribution in the Church. He loved specing time with his children and grandchildren.

Charles is survived by his son Charles L. Ewing Jr. and wife Diane, of Delaware and daughter Kathy L. Stiteler and her husband James and daughter, Karenn L. Cimadori.

He is survived by seven grandchildren James and Kimberly Stiteler, Jr., Jeffery and Caria Stiteler, Thomas and Julie Ewing, Kenneth Cimadori ,Jr.,Kevin and Gina Cimadori, and Shannon

and Jason Irwin, and nine great-great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was predeceased by his wife of sixty years, Harriet L. Ewing.
