Obituary of Olive "Lee" Aaronson

Olive "Lee" Aaronson, 81, of Vineland, died Monday, April 16, 2007, in a tragic fire at home. Born in New York City and a long-time resident of Merrick, NY, Lee moved to Vineland when she married Irving Aaronson, , who passed away in January 2006. After graduating from Mepham High School in Bellmore NY, Lee studied radio technology. Lee 's business career included working for WGBB, a Long Island NY radio station, and Birchwood Homes, and she served as President of the Long Island Chapter of Parents Without Partners. In retirement in Vineland, she frequently volunteered at blood drives, hospitals and the local Jewish Federation, and she proudly participated with her Vineland friends in their "SWIRL" group. Lee was a devoted wife to Irv, whom she missed greatly. She was a loving and generous mother and grandmother, who took great pride in the studies and accomplishments of her family.
