Kuhar Family, my deepest condolence in the passing of your Loved One. Roland hired me as a Kindergarten Teacher for the Buena Regional School District, he was my Principal and for that I am eternally grateful. What a wonderful role model for all the children and teachers that came his way. May he Rest in the Arms of Our Lord. Thoughts and prayers to his family.

Roland was the best school principal that you could ever want. He was always very fair to students and staff, and eager to help anyone in anyway possible. He will be missed by all that were lucky enough to know him.

Mr Kuhar was principal at Donini school when my oldest was in first grade there. He was great with the kids, a very kind, intelligent man. He took me and my kids up to see the 'tower" of the building and told us how it was used during WWIi as a lookout for enemy aircraft. Very nice man. I'm sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family.

They don't make guys like Mr. Kuhar anymore. He was my elementary school principal at Donini School and he was Lifeguard at the Brunini Swim Club in the summer. He was kind, smart, gentle, firm and fair. He touched the lives of all the kids that went thru Donini school and the swim club. I never knew his first name was Roland because we always called him "Mister" Kuhar even when we grew up. My thoughts are with the family.
