I am sorry to read of the death of your loved one. Even when it is expected, death has a sting of pain that can be very deep. Thankfully God has provided his word, the Bible that can give us comfort. For example Ecclesiastes 9:5 says that when someone dies, they are not suffering; note what it says “For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all. Psalms 55:22 gives this direction: “Throw your burden on Jehovah [God] himself, And he will sustain you. If we draw close to God in prayer, he will give us the needed comfort and support during this time of grief. I hope in time, happy memories will replace the pain and sorrow you may be feeling now.

Among photos of my parents and my brothers are photos of some of my "neighborhood" family. Mr. and Mrs. (Peg) Curry counted among those special people who looked out after the youthful Birds with aplomb and undisguised love. Long after my college years I maintained a line of communication with Peg and waited for her phrase "What do you know?" Fess up, tell me everything. I considered her a second grandmother figure and feel Blessed to have known her in such a way. God Bless all who were lucky to have known Peg and who came after her. My most sincerest condolences, Mary Bird

Dear Beverly and family: My mother Lillian, myself and our family who all knew and enjoyed Margaret send our love and prayers to you. Margaret was a joy to be around and made a gloomy day bright. It seemed like we knew her forever! My mother, Lill misses her terribly. May God lessen the pain for your loss. We are so happy to have known Margaret.
