I was making a special effort to contact the family of Harriet to send my condolences, and to bring you some comfort from the scriptures which I found to be consoling with a wonderful hope for the future. Notice what it says in John 5:28, 29, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out..." Also, Revelation 21:4 says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." So this is very encouraging what God promises for the future, and in God's appointed time we will see the reality. Please visit the jw.org website for answers to many Bible questions. Again, my condolences for your loss.

To the family of Harriet, you have my deepest sympathy. May memories of Harriet and the love of family and friends carry you through your grief. The Bible assures us that "God is near to those who are broken at heart; And those crushed in spirit he saves." (Psalm 34:18) We look forward with you to the time when we will be able to welcome our loved ones back! (John 5:28, 29) I hope this will bring you a measure of comfort.

Dear Harriet -Fly toward the angels and tell them you want a cheesesteak!
I had a few motherly influences during my upbringing in Richland. Harriet(Mrs. Tabor) was a stern guardian of her children, but a loving sole that appreciated life and love. She and I had an unspoken understanding that I would always be Danielle's friend, no matter what, and she rests peacefully knowing that we still have each other to lean on.
My deepest condolences to my dear, wonderful friend Danielle, her family, Danny and Noel and their families. Your Mom was a special person and I'm saddened by her passing.
Love and Hugs, Stephanie Rodgers
