"Auntie" was like a grandmother to me and my sister and a great grandmother to my daughters. She lit up our world for the past 37 years with her smile, laugh and of course amazing food! We love you "BIG BIG" and we look after Uncle until he is with you again.

I was making a special effort to contact the family of Catherine to send my condolences, and to bring you some comfort from the scriptures which I found to be consoling with a wonderful hope for the future. Notice what it says in John 5:28, 29, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out..." Also, Revelation 21:4 says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." So this is very encouraging what God promises for the future, and in God's appointed time we will see the reality. Please visit the jw.org website for answers to many Bible questions. Again, my condolences for your loss.

Catherine Raffaelli known as “auntie” was the matriarch of Owle Street. At the first snow fall she waited to see the kids outside so she could come and play. Auntie was always there to listen and give hugs to Karen, jen, billy, brad and Jana. So many awesome memories that our children will cherish. Love and miss you Auntie Kit. Rest In Peace.
