I was making a special effort to contact the family of Salvatore to send my condolences, and to bring you some comfort from the scriptures which I found to be consoling with a wonderful hope for the future. Notice what it says in John 5:28, 29, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out..." Also, Revelation 21:4 says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." So this is very encouraging what God promises for the future, and in God's appointed time we will see the reality. Please visit the jw.org website for answers to many Bible questions. Again, my condolences for your loss.

I would like to send my deepest sympathy to the family. I know that this is a difficult time for all of you, and because of that I would like to share some words of comfort. They are found in God's words, the Bible at 1 Corinthians 15:26 and it says, 'And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.' Because of this promise, Jesus encourages us by saying at John 5: 28-29 "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out'.. I hope you can find comfort in these words that promises us that we can be with our loved ones again.

I had the pleasure of being a schoolmate of Sal's. He was always a quiet guy with a big smile! The last memory I have of him was at our last reunion. He was so happy to be there after enduring his heart transplant. I will cherish that memory and his enthusiasm for life! Until we meet again ……….
to his family cherish the legacy he left behind. Say his name and he will live on forever!
