Obituary of Kathleen V Kelly

Kathleen V. (Schill) Kelly, age 79, of Vineland passed away on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Baker Place after an extended illness. Born in Plainfield NJ, she was a resident of Vineland for most of her life. Prior to retirement, she spent over 30 years in the Vineland public school system. She was a Special Education Teaching Assistant and, later in her career, administrative assistant for Dr. Thomas McCann at Vineland High School. Kathy was a faithful and life-long member of St. Isidore's Church on Magnolia Rd. She served as a lectern and church secretary to the parish for many years. She enjoyed reading, Sunday crosswords and sudoku puzzles. As an American Red Cross donor, she was honored for her lifetime achievement of donating over 100 gallons blood. Kathleen is survived by daughter Donna Marie (Kelly) and Dirk Kooiker of Holland, MI; son John E. Kelly, Jr. and Carol Giralo of Folsom; grandson Dylan Kelly of Swedesboro; mother-in-law Julia A. Kelly of Vineland; sisters Joan (Fred) Sinclair of Florida, Jacqueline (John) Notaro and Colleen Webb of Vineland; brother John Bracelin of Bridgeton and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, John E. Kelly, Sr., mother Virginia Bracelin, father Stephen Schill, brother Raymond Schill and sister Virginia "Ginny" Messina. Visitation with the family will be on (Monday, October 22 or Tuesday, October 23) 2018 from (TIME???) followed by a Catholic Mass at St. Isidore's Church, 1655 Magnolia Rd. and interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Walnut Rd. in Vineland, NJ.
