Obituary of Gemma DeThomasi

Gemma DeThomasi, 92, of East Vineland passed away on Staturday, June 9, 2018 in the Inpira Medical Center Vineland after a brief illness. Gemma was born on May 20, 1926, in San Tommaso, Italy. She moved to the United States with her family in 1970 and has resided in Vineland ever since. While her in the United States, Gemma worked with her family at DeThomasi's Five Points Inn together with her two sons, Carlo and Bruno, as well as her husband Vincenzo. She enjoyed traveling to her hometown in Italy with her family. Her children and grandchildren brought her the greatest joy. She was happiest when her entire family were in her home for dinner. Gemma will be sadly missed by her son, Carlo and his wife Renee DeThomasi, daughter-in-law, Regina DeThomasi; grandchildren, Vincenzo, Carmine, Antonio and Nicola, brother Giovanni DeAcetis, and many nieces and nephews. Gemma is predeceased by her husband of 64 years Vincenzo DeThomasi, son Bruno DeThomasi her parents and several siblings.
