When Brian and I started taking Steve to church he was quiet and soaking it all in. After a while the Holy Spirit entered him and he was raising his arms in worship and so filled with God's joy and peace.
Brian and I were filled with such joy to come back and witness his baptism.
We know his body and mind are now at peace with Jesus.
We will continue to pray for the families comfort.
Grace and peace,
Brian & Marianne Homan

I was making a special effort to contact the family of Stephen to send my condolences, and to bring you some comfort from the scriptures which I found to be consoling with a wonderful hope for the future. Notice what is says in John 5:28, 29, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out..." Also, Revelation 21:4 says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." So this is very encouraging what God promises for the future, and in God's appointed time we will see the reality. Please visit the jw.org website for answers to many Bible questions. Again, my condolences for your loss.

Steve you were always a bright spot in my day. I will cherish your humor as much as your advice and understanding.
Until we meet again, Beth.
P.S. Please tell my TJ I miss him.
