We are so sorry to hear of Minnie's passing. Besides being cousins, Mom and Minnie were close friends. We have fond memories of lively and comical conversations between the two of them over the years. We send our love and condolences to Richard and all of the Vassallo Family.

I was making a special effort to contact the family of Minnie to send my condolences, and to bring you some comfort from the scriptures which I found to be consoling with a wonderful hope for the future. Notice what it says in John 5:28, 29, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out..." Also, Revelation 21:4 says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." So this is very encouraging what God promises for the future, and in God's appointed time we will see the reality. Please visit the jw.org web site for answers to many Bible questions. Again, my condolences for your loss.
