To the Cohen/Rasner family: My name is Bettina Hills and I had the extreme pleasure of knowing Sylvia through Griswold Special Care when I worked there as a Case Coordinator. She was such a sweet woman. She always had wisdom and stories to share. She always greeted me with a smile. And even when she wasn't feeling her best, she still mustered up enough energy to ask if I wanted some chocolate and something to drink while I came and did a home visit. She will go unforgotten.
