Obituary of Fernanda I. Mistretta

Fernanda (Biagi) Mistretta, of Vineland, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2016 at Inspira Medical Center. Fernanda was born in Vineland to the late Ernest and Domenica Biagi. "Fern" loved life and lived it with passion. She loved music, loved to sing; we were all amazed at how beautifully she sang. Fern was a big Beatles fan. She loved to cook and cooked for everybody. Those all day Italian Sunday dinners are a treasure to all our family. Fern spoke of the fun she had working at the "Spot" a "Soda Shop" on Landis Avenue, right out of "Happy Days" with plaid skirts, bobby socks and a juke box. Later Fern worked in the Vineland Tax Office and always spoke of the wonderful people she worked with. She and her husband Sam Mistretta had a wonderful life together. They loved and lived life to the fullest, rich with much family and travel. Some of the many who love her are, her son Brian Guiliani and Carol Brigio; stepsons and daughters, Charlie & Eddie Mistretta and Giovanni & Lorraine Ciro, and many grand and great grandchildren whom she loved all dearly along with many friends. Fernanda will always be in our hearts with a smile
