Though we've lost touch over the years Pop Scurlock was one of my favorite people. I have and will continue to cherish the many fond memories I have of him, including the time he taught me how to skin a catfish. I still brag about that, to this day to anyone who will listen! It is deeply saddening to see him go so soon but may his rest be as peaceful as can be. Please know that the Scurlock family and extended will be in my families thoughts and prayers and if you need anything you have our support.
