Obituary of Cesira Russo

CESIRA (JAY) RUSSO, 80, of Vineland, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, June 8th, 2016, surrounded by her loving family and closest friends, after courageously fighting pancreatic cancer that was an inspiration to all who knew and loved her. Jay was born in Bronx, NY to the late Louis and Anna (Gagliardo) Martine on June 15th, 1935. She moved to become a Vineland resident at age 10 and graduated from Sacred Heart High School and worked in the banking industry at Vineland National Bank then Century Federal Savings & Loan. Jay is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Archie Russo; two daughters, Jeanne ( Charles) Liss, Karen ( Ron) Carroll; a son, Paul; brother, George (Millie) Martine; five grandchildren, Matthew ( Amy) Liss; Andrew ( Jessie); Evan; and Dana and Zachary Carroll. Jay leaves two nieces, Jennifer (Thomas) Bodine and Melanie Martine. Funeral Service will be held.......... Memorial Donations may be made to: ..........
