My dear Mrs. Hanuska,
It was you who gave me the strength to continue to stay in school. It was you who gave me so much good advice. It was you who took the time to actually have a luncheon at your own house for our gym class. I felt celebrated in some way by you. Thank you. You and your Friday jokes. You were such a positive in my life. Thank you....my condolences to your family...blessings

To Mrs. Hanuska's family,
My life was enriched through knowing her, both as gym teacher and family friend. She was ahead of her time promoting women in athletics!
My condolences,

What a wonderful P.E. coach and good friend to my parents. Ironic she passed away the same day as the VHS commencement ceremony. I remember the many years she was in charge of the commencement ceremonies at the stadium and made the graduation class yell, "Hi Doris" to my mother. A lovely lady who will be missed.

To the family of Mrs. Bea Hanuska, please accept my condolences. Mrs. Hanuska was or is one of the most unforgettable women I've ever known. Being from the class of 1965, She was present in our lives all through high school and I'd see her now and then over the years. She was strict but fair. I will always have fond memories of this dynamic lady.
Best regards,
Patricia J.Jones
