Obituary of Ida Black

Ida A. (Tierno) Black,76, passed away June 22, 2015 at home surrounded by her family. Born in Pedricktown, NJ to the late John and Marie (Lillia) Tierno, moving to Pittsgrove along with her late husband where she remained a long time resident before moving to Millville. Ida was a bookkeeper for Vineland Transit Mix for 23 years. She was a member of St. Ann's Rosary Society in Elmer and donated her time teaching CCD Class at Sunday school at St. Ann's. She worked for the Salem County Democratic Committee and volunteeded at St. John of God in Elmer. While living in Millville, Ida was a member of Liberty Village Rosary Society. She was a fan of NASCAR, football and golf. Ida enjoyed spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren.
