I saw Al many times over the years at his good friend Alfred Cervini's house. The most outstanding memories are what a soft spoken and gentle man he was. He was truly interested and engaging in what youngsters like myself had to say. I always admired him for that. How ironic he pass on the eve of Veteran's day. As a fellow Veteran I salute him and his family at this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
