My sincere condolences to LuAnn and the entire MacAvoy family.
I knew Don while a member of the North West Swim Club. He was one who was always ready and willing to help with the Club's activities.
I'm sure he will be sorely missed by family and friends.

I was making a special effort to contact the family of Donald to send my condolences, and to bring you some comfort from the scriptures with a wonderful hope for the future. Notice what it says in John 5:28, 29, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out..." Also in Revelation 21:4 it says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." So this is very encouraging what God promises for the future, and in God's appointed time we will see the reality. Again, my condolences for your loss. Please check out the jw.org web site for answers to many Bible questions.
