Please accept our sincere sympathies on the passing of Bernice. Our warm memories of Bernice during our time at St. Isidore's are many but most impressive is how very dedicated she was to helping with the Passion Play written by the late Fr. William Eckert, our mutual friend. Bernice took on the task of making costumes with a vengeance that included not only intensive research but also diligent and arduous sewing that demonstated her superb creativity, various skills, and much adaptability. We know that she helped to make the dramatization a major success during those years spanning the late 70's and early 80's. We will remember Bernice fondly always especially through all the photos of that era. May she now rest in peace.
