I send condolences to the Gubitosi family from my family; the Newfield Curcio family and the Vineland DiLeonardo family. I live in the Fort Worth area of Texas, and a friend sent me this notification of Carmella's passing. I have many memories growing up in the 60'-80's of Carmella making clothes or making adjustments to my mom's (Camille Curcio) and my clothes. Carmella made my wedding dress, and it was a beautiful work of art. She was a very kind and gentle person always, and ready with a welcoming smile. I lost touch with her after my mom passed, but I remember her with great affection. During decades of my life Carmella was like a member of our family, and we always held her in high regard. I know that she now watches over her family from heaven.
Warm Regards to all of you celebrating Carmella's life. Although I can not be there in person, I send my spiritual support to you.

My sincere condolences to the Gubitosi family. So glad that she was able to attend our 70th class re-union. I remember Carmela as being a quiet and soft spoken person but always something nice to say when she said it--
I know I speak for our entire class of "1943" in wishing her God Speed -----
