Obituary of Virginia Caterina

Virginia (Albano) Caaterina, 82, died January 19, 2010 at Bishop McCarthy Residence in Vineland. Mrs Caterina was born May 2, 1927, in Vineland, New Jersey to Rocco and Rose Albano. She graduated from Sacred Heart High School and was employed for the Vineland Board of Education. She made her home at 980 S. Main Road, in Vineland for 82 years. She was a member of St. Isidore's Church and enjoyed reading, the beach, gardening and collecting antiques. She devoted much of her time and energy caring for her five children and husband. She was an only child. She cared for her ill mother for twenty years in her home. Mrs Caterina is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth J. Caterina; 5 Children; four grandchildren and two great-granddaughters. She will be missed by her family and everyone who knew her. Services and burial will be private at the convenience of the Family Arrangements are under the direction of the Rone Funeral Service 1110 E. Chestnut Ave. Vineland.
