Obituary of Concenzio "Jim" Santolini

Concenzio "Jim" Santolini, 84, of Vineland passed away at home surrounded by his family on October 24, 2014. He was born on February 24, 1930 to the late Tomasso and Maria (D'Anchini) Santolini. A graduate of Bernards High School in bernardsville, Nj and a member of All State. He was a former member of The Boy Scouts of America, Troop # 50, where he aquired the rank of Star Scout and served as Assistant scout master. Jim was member and Deacon of presbyterian Church in bernardsville, NJ. He served in the Korean War from 1951 to 1953 as Sargeant of Fire direction earning three Bronze medals, Korean Service medal and the United Nations Service medal. Jim was a member of the Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners local 455 in Somerville, NJ his specialty was restoration and was honored by Who's who for his authentic work on Historical Sites. He was the first teacher for the Carpenters Apprentice School program in new Brunswick, NJ. In 1978 he was the owner of "Santolini's" in Vineland and retired in 1997, where he enjoyed woodworking and wine making.
