Obituary of Pinchas Pasirstein

Pinchas Pasirstein, 102, of Vineland passed away on August 5, 2014 at the Lincoln Specialty Center. He was born in Poland, but spent 6 years of his life as a young man in the concentration camps in Auschwitz where he bore his number for all his life. Pinchas came to America in 1960 and settled in Fairlawn, NJ for 13 years before moving to Vineland in 1973 where he remained a resident until his death. He was a self employed painter for over 40 years. He is survived by his son Abraham Pasirstein and his sister-in-law Gina Pasirstein. He was predeceased by his wife, Cela in 2003 and his brother Alex in July 2014 Burial will be held 12pm on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at Ozerkower Cemetery in Saddlebrook, NJ Arrangements are under the supervision of Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360.
