Obituary of Albert Falciani

Albert J. Falciani, 60, owner of AJ Falciani Realty passed away at home after a brief illness on June 13, 2014 surrounded by his family. Albert was a graduate of St. Augustine Prep class of 1971, he als attended the University of Dayton. He owned and operated Positive Furniture, TV and Appliances for many years. His store was the first in the area to use informercials in advertising. Albert became a realtor in 1996 and specialized in bank owned properties. In 2000 Albert joined NRBA (National REO Brokers Association). In 2013 he was presented by the president, Michael Krein, the Presidents Award for extraordinary efforts on behalf of the entire NRBA membership. He was also moved from the Board of Directors to the Executive Board. Jack O'Leary, NRBA Executive Vice president, said 'Al was a down to earth man with homespun wisdom who had a perpetual smile that penetrated our barriers and he was an open, honest and trustworthy man". One of Albert's favorite words of wisdom to his children and nieces and nephews was " Love what you do and you will never work a day in your life".
