Niel was my uncle, godfather and most of all, a friend. He was someone whom I could count on to make me laugh, and to entertain me with his sense of humor. I'm not very close to my other relatives, but Niel was someone special. I never felt judged or criticized when I was around him, and I will always love him for it. My hope is when he passed he knew just how much we all loved him. My boys, especially my oldest son, Jude, had countless hours of fun with their "Great" uncle Niel. He will be missed by many, and loved by many more.
