Obituary of Catherine Ann Ney

Catherine Ann (Rando) Ney, of Newfield passed away peacefully on February 15, 2014 at Inspira Medical Center with her family and friends by her side.She is survived by her two children; son, Jamie Ney and daughter, Nicole Lynn Ney. She worked for many years in the casino industry, was the owner of The Island Raw Bar on the Ocean City Boardwalk and she also worked for Bradlee's Department Store beforestaring her career in the medical field. Her compassion, love and dedication, as a Hospice Home Health Aide and a Dialysis Technican was felt by all the patients she cared for. Cathi was the Director of Education at Star Technical Institute in Egg Harbor Twp. where she instilled the importance of education to all her students whom she cared for deeply. Cathi was someone that always put everyone before herself, she was strong, a fighter and most of all a unique women with a spirit about her that could lift everyone up with just her smile.
