although I only knew Jim for a very short time, I can say he was a very generous & giving man. Jim, his awesome son Jay and lady friend would come on most Saturday's for dinner at the Vineland Red Lobster. My co-worker Stephanie and I enjoyed their visits and conversation. I am comforted in knowing he is resting in peace now... I used one of Jim's gracious gratuities and bought a beautiful colorful honeysuckle vine and planted it next to my mailbox. It has flowered several times since the spring... I told him I'd named it after him... I am thankful for having been a tiny part of his life... his memory will be visited everyday I get my mail... ;>)

So sorry I was not able to get to the funeral but we've had a little situation in our family and I was needed.
I am sending my prayers to the family and remembering the good times we have had in the past with Uncle Jim and Aunt Marge.
Love to all, Pat

Hi Jim and Jay. Sorry to see that your dad passed away. I am committed to an out of town doctors appointment on Thursday or I would be there to pay my respects to your dad. Playing ball with you guys and enjoying our parents participation and instruction is still a cherished memory when I look back on my life. Take care, I hope our paths cross again. Tom

My sincere condolences to Bernice and the entire Pagnam family. Jim was a dear friend of mine for many years. He was a great guy to be around and loved to talk and play baseball. He was a great pitcher in the Greater Vineland Baseball League and was inducted into our baseball Hall Of Fame. RIP Jim.

Jimmy and Jay - Thinking of your dad brings back so many wonderful childhood memories. The days...and nights...spent on the baseball field, sitting in the stands and working the concession stand with your mom are priceless. Jim led a long, full life and left us many, many happy memories. Hold on to those memories and he will never be gone.

Jim and Jay, My deepest condolences for you and your families on the passing of your dad. I have nothing but the fondest memories of both him and your mom and all the amazing times we shared growing up. I still talk to people about your dad's knuckleball. He taught me (and all who played for him) so much about the game. I miss our parents, and I miss you. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. Warmest Regards, Tad
