Obituary of Joseph E. Campbell

Joseph Edward Campbell 74, of Franklinville died on March 17, 2010 after a lengthy illness. He was born in Philadelphia and attended schools there and later resided in the Lansdowne area. He was the son of the late Joseph and Sara (McGurk) Campbell, and the husband of Kathryn (Prospero) Campbell. Joe was Senior Film Editor for WPHL TV, Channel 17 in the Philadelphia area for 36 years and before retirement was Satellite coordinator for WPHL. Joe and his wife Kathryn enjoyed films, going to train shows, visiting friends and family in the Florida area. Joe also enjoyed gardening and visits to the Flea Markets. Along with his wife Kathryn, Joe is also survived by many nieces and nephews in this area and the Florida area. Services and burial will be private and at the convience of the family.
