I was making a special effort to contact the family of Kenneth to send you my condolences and to bring you comfort from the scriptures which I found to be consoling with a wonderful hope for the future. Notice what it says in Eccle. 9:5. "For the living are conscious that they will die, but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all." So they are 'sleeping', no suffering, no pain, awaiting a resurrection. Revelation 21:4 says, "God will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." So this is very encouraging what God promises for the future, and in God's appointed time we will see the reality.

I would like to extend my sincere sympathy to the family of Mr. Kobash in this time of sorrow. May God's promise of a resurrection for all our loved ones (John 5:28) bring you a measure of comfort, and the righteous conditions that are yet to come according to Psalm 37:9-11 give you an encouraging hope for the future.
