Obituary of Frank C. Varallo

Frank C. Varallo, 71, passed away Monday, May 19, 2008, evening at Atlantic City Medical Center surrounded by his family after a brief illness. Born in Hammonton to the late Frank and Concetta (Asselta) Varallo he moved to Vineland at age 12 and remained a long time resident. He was a graduate of Vineland HIgh Schoo, Class of 1955 and served on the Reunion Committee for over 50 years. Before owning the Franklin Shoe Store in Vineland, he managed for many years, the Boston Shoe Store on Landis Avenue. He had been employed in recent years by Anton's Florist of Vineland as a floral designer. Frank was an active member of Sacred Heart Parish, serving on the Liturgy Committee for many years. He loved the beach, his yard, and reding the newspaper. Frank was a caring, loving family person who especially loved and enjoyed being with his three young grandchildren.
