Obituary of Anthony Trongone

Anthony 'Tony" Trongone, 79 of Vineland passed away Thursday evening in the Memorial Hospital of Salem. Born in Newfield to the late Joseph and Christine Trongone, he was a lifelong area resident. Tony was a graduate of Vineland High School class of 1952, and served in the Army / National Guard. Tony worked in sales for 50 years at the Sears Department Store in Vineland. Tony was a long time usher for St. Francis of Assisi Church. Tony along with his wife Loretta worked the election polls in Vineland. He was also a member of the Hickory Gun Club, the Sicilian-American Club, the Sears Retirees club and along with being an avid bowler and golfer.
