Obituary of Jerry F. Liguori

Jerry F. Liguori, 89, of Vineland, passed away on August 27, 2012 at Eagleview health & Rehab Center in Pittsgrove. he was born in New York to the lateErnest & Emma (Nerone) Liguori. Jerry attended Public School in New york, then moved to Richland in 1936, where he graduated from Vineland High School in 1943. He enlisted in the US Navy, serving on PC1194, six months prior to his discharge he served on the aircraft carrier Franklin D. Roosevelt until 1945. Jerry married his wife Margaret on October 5, 1946, they were married for 61 years until she passed away in 2008. He worked in the family clothing manufacturing business, Liguori Specialities in Richland, he also worked in the families poultry business Twin Acres, later he went into business with his brother-in-law, Lester Armato coowning Dar-Jo manufacturers until he retired in 1988. Jerry was an avid stamp collector, an amatuer photographer where he was a member of T &F Camera Club, he also belonged to the Masons. His favorite activitie of all was the fall Football Program at West Point where he attendedthe games with his son, family and his friends.
