Obituary of Abraham I Greenberg

Greenberg Abraham Greenberg, 65, of Washington Township, NJ, died Sunday, May 27, 2007. Born in Vineland, NJ, he lived most of his life in New Jersey and Houston, Texas. Beloved husband and best friend to his wife Judy. Devoted and proud father of Michael Greenberg of Houston, TX, and Elisa and Eddie Nusinow of Buffalo Grove, IL, and doting grandfather to Jacob, Samuel and Melissa Nusinow. Loving brother to Sylvia Potter of Haworth, NJ, and Israel Greenberg of Millville, NJ. Mr. Greenberg was an accomplished businessman and engineer in the chemical industry. He was owner and CEO of JemPak Canada, until his recent retirement. Mr. Greenberg was previously employed by Witco Chemical for nearly three decades, ultimately becoming president of Witco Canada. He was an active, long-time member of Congregation B'rith Shalom in Bellaire, TX, where he headed many committees and served as Men's Club president. He was also very involved with the Federation of Jewish Men's Clubs and became president of the southwest region. Abe Greenberg leaves behind many friends and family who will miss him dearly. He was a true mensch! He had a wonderful spirit that will live on in those people who were fortunate enough to know him. Graveside funeral services were held at Alliance Cemetery in Norma, NJ. Shiva services will be held at the Greenberg residence on the evenings of May 30 and 31 and June 2, 2007.
