Obituary of Lina Pustizzi

Lina (Patella) Pustizzi, 97, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 15, 2016. She passed away peacefully in her sleep at the Hammonton Center, Hammonton, NJ. Lina was born on May 12, 1919 to Antonio & Eletta Patella. She was a resident of Vineland most of her life. Lina worked side by side on the family farm with her husband Salvatore. Lina worked hard all her life and in 1954 went to work for Dougherty Bros. Glass Company and retired after 30 years. Lina was happiest when surrounded by her family. Wonderful memories were made every Sunday when she provided delicious meals for her family and friends. She loved to cook and bake and had a gift for crocheting beautiful afgans for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved her grandchildren's programs, dance recitals and sporting events. She never missed attending any of these events. Lina was a member of St Padre Pio Parish Altar Rosary Society, RSVP, and the Social Stitchers. She also enjoyed traveling, bowling, going to shows and the the casinos.
