Obituary of Dennis Joseph Tamarri

Dennis Tamarri died Saturday, July 25, 2026. He was 75 years old. Dennis was born August 28, 1950, to parents Lindo and Rachel. He spent his childhood working on the family farm and forming friendships that he would sustain throughout his life. After graduating from Vineland High School, he served in the Army, later earning his bachelor's degree from Glassboro State College. He spent his professional life working as a technician for Pitney Bowes and Canon, applying a thoughtful understanding for mechanics to the service of solving problems. He had a lifelong passion for athletics and was particularly accomplished in shooting sports. He had a keen sense of humor, and he liked to help people. He is survived by his son, Chris Tamarri; his sister, Diane Griffin; his uncle, Paul Tamarri; his ex-wife, Jacquelin Cheli; and many nephews and nieces, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Lindo Tamarri; his mother, Rachel Tamarri (née Gruccio); and his sister, Elaine Sparacio (née Tamarri). Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 30th from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ and Friday, July 31st, 10:30am-11:30am at Our Lady Of The Blessed Sacrament - Church Of Our Lady Of Victories, 202 Northwest Boulevard, Landisville, NJ. Followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:30 am. Interment will follow in Our Lady Of Victories Cemetery, Landisville.
