Obituary of Vivienne K Romano

Vivienne (Sapello) Romano, 90, passed away peacefully at home at Baker Place in Vineland, NJ on June 20, 2026. Vivienne was predeceased by her beloved husband Frank Romano; her father Peter Sapello, her mother Mildred Sapello Mercurio; her brother Peter Dale Sapello; her daughter-in-law Roberta (Riker) Romano; and her great-granddaughter Esther Romano. Vivienne is survived by her sons: Christopher and his wife Barbara (Guglielmo) of Landisville; Bryan and his wife Lisa (Sheaffer) of Vineland; grandchildren: Lia Romano of Aston, PA; Gina Dean and husband Terry of Washington, DC; Deanna O'Donnell and husband Jack of Vineland; Ross Romano and wife Janet of Arlington, VA; Rex Romano and wife Flora of Cherry Hill; Frank Romano and wife Jenny of Decatur, GA; Robert Romano of Tampa, FL; great-grandchildren: Arabella, Halley, Penelope, Noel, Samuel, Adelina, Brooklyn, and Remy; uncle: Vincent Sapello of Vineland; sister-in-law Barbara Sapello of Cape May Court House and many beloved nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the wonderful people of various organizations who helped her in recent years: Baker Place Assisted Living, Serenity Hospice Care, Visiting Angels, Penn Medicine, Inspira Healthcare, Autumn Lake Rehabilitation, and all her friends who helped along the way. A church visitation will be held on Friday, June 26th from 8:45am to 10:45am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am at St. Michael Church - Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish, 504 S. West Ave. Minotola, NJ. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Victories Cemetery, Landisville, NJ.
