Obituary
Obituary of James Jones
James "Will" Wilbert Jones, born in 1937 in Vineland, New Jersey, passed away on December 4, 2025, surrounded by his family and dog.
Will was proud to serve his country as a veteran of the United States Army, a commitment that reflected his strong sense of duty, honor, and love of country.
Will married the love of his life, Charlotte "Sue" Broan, in 1957, and together they built a life grounded in love, hard work, and devotion to family. They raised three children-Debra, Sheryl, and James-who were his greatest pride.
Blessed with a natural talent for problem-solving and the ability to repair anything, Will was known for his skill, honesty, and unwavering work ethic. As the owner of Jones Auto Repair, he earned the trust of his community by doing every job right and treating every customer fairly. His integrity was evident in all he did.
Above all, family was the most important part of Will's life. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Charlotte; his children Debra Betts, Sheryl Jones, James Jones, and Daniel Laird, who he loved as a son; his granddaughter Andrea King, her husband Andrew; and his great-grandson Chandler. He is also survived by his brothers Marvin and Robert. Will was predeceased by his parents, Marvin and Ethoria Jones; his brothers Richard and Jack; and his sister, Doreen.
There are no services planned. Donations may be made in Will's memory to organizations supporting Parkinson's research and care.
Will's advice and guidance were sought by many. His quiet strength, integrity, wisdom, and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew him. His gentle spirit and steady presence will be deeply missed.
