It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Todd Richard Rakotz, at the age of 52 on May 10, 2025. Todd was a bright and unique soul. His kindness, sense of humor, and passion for life could light up a room and touch the lives of so many. Todd could find joy in the simplest things. Todd was a loving husband for twenty-five years to his wife, Diane (Capabianco), and he adored his two sons, Nicolas and Anthony.

Todd was born in Michigan and graduated from East Carolina University. He lived in Arizona to pursue a career in golf, and his best moment was playing in a PGA tournament. He and his family moved to Vineland, where he started his painting business. Todd's proudest moments were working side by side with his son Nick and cheering on Anthony throughout his baseball journey. Todd loved all sports, cheering on the Michigan Wolverines, hanging out with his friends at the North Italy Club, and spending time with his family and two dogs.

Along with his wife and two sons, Todd is also survived by his parents Richard and Carol Rakotz; his mom Lynda Palazzolo; his father-in-law, Frank Capabianco; two sisters/sister-in-law, and so many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews, and cherished friends to name.

Funeral home visitations will be held on Wednesday evening, May 14th from 6pm to 8pm and again on Thursday morning from 10am to 11am at Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ. followed by a funeral mass at 11:30 am from Christ The Good Shepherd Parish - Church Of Sacred Heart, 1010 East Landis Avenue, Vineland. Final disposition will be at the convenience of the family.
