Aurea Esther Garcia

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Aurea Esther Garcia, of Vineland, New Jersey, who left this earth on March 7, 2025, at the age of 77, surrounded by family and loved ones.

Aurea Esther Garcia was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt. She held several interesting jobs over her life but was best known for her knack for finding unique and valuable items as a seasoned antique shopper, thrifter and yard sale shopper. Over the years, she developed a following in the reseller markets and was known by many.

Aurea Esther Garcia passed away after a courageous battle with aphasia, a neurological disorder that profoundly impacted her ability to communicate. While aphasia took so much from Aurea Esther Garcia, it never diminished her spirit or her love of dogs, flowers, plants, music and the perfect shade of red lipstick. Aurea's legacy lives on through her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and in the hearts of those who loved her.

If Aurea Esther Garcia still had her voice, she would give a heartfelt thanks to the caring and compassionate staff of the Reflections Unit at Brandall Estates in Linwood, NJ, for the exceptional care and kindness shown to her during her time there. She would also thank the many family members and loved ones who showed her love and support throughout her life.

In keeping with Aurea's wishes, funeral services and burial were held privately.
