Pearl Gloria Nichols passed away suddenly on March 4, 2025. She was born in 1944 to the late Verne and Hannah Nichols in New York City. Up until the end she maintained her kindness and strength to be one of the most independent women I know. She loved all her family and friends. Expressed gratitude for her long life, full of wonderful and varied experiences. She liked to travel in her earlier years. She lived in Ohio and Atlanta, Ga and finally resided full time in Williamstown, NJ.

Pearl worked in the dentistry field as an office manager for Dr. Carol Hildebrand in Philadelphia and Dr. Connolly in Washington Twp NJ. She went to Atlantic County Community College for culinary arts becoming a chef. Until she became ill with kidney cancer which forced her to stop working. She fought this uphill battle for many years. Finally, she was able to obtain a kidney transplant. With this not stopping her she preceded to do online college courses and received her bachelor's degree. She loved to cook, sew and knit.

Pearl was the mother of three sons, Marcus (Nicole), Kenneth and Derek (deceased); grandchildren Sophia and Anthony; great grandchild Grayson; her sister Barbara (Nichols) Rudolph, and a host of nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers Herman, Albert and Butch Nichols.

A graveside service and burial will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025 at 11:00 am from Alliance Cemetery, 970 Gershal Ave, Norma.
