Obituary of Mary Banek

Mary Banek 80, of Buena, NJ peacefully passed away at her home while watching TV with her pet companion Daisy. A remarkable woman who overcame obstacles someone average could not fathom. A survivor of WWII, taken from her home in Poland and sent to a refugee camp in Siberia. She then was forced to go to the other parts of the world, such as Persia and India. With her unbelieveable & courageous strength she ended up in England where she met the love of her life of 51 years, Henry Banek who passed away in 2001. She was a yahtzee champion, enjoyed the casinoes and being with her family.
