Obituary of Doris Ann Galetto

Doris Ann Galetto, 85, of Vineland, NJ, passed away on [DATE OF DEATH] at home surrounded by her husband Lou, children and grand children, after years of battling with Parkinson's. Funeral service will be held at Rone Funeral Home on [DATE] at [TIME] with Reverend Father Paul Galetto, nephew of Doris Galetto and Head of St. Rita of Cascia High School officiating. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery at 741 East Walnut Road, Vineland. Visitation will be held at 1110 East Chestnut Ave on [DATE] at [TIME]. Rone Funeral Home will be handling the funeral arrangements. Doris was born and raised in Vineland to the late Teresa and Walter Badaracco Sr. on October 30, 1931. She graduated from Vineland High in 1949. She went on to earn a degree in Home Economics from Mississippi State College for Women. She married her high school sweetheart upon graduation, and they shared 63 years of happiness together. She taught at Cleary Middle School for 16 years. While she loved her job of teaching, her real joy came from cooking amazing meals for her family, running the family household and working with her husband Lou, at the Family business as the VP & Secretary of Galetto Farms for 35 years. Doris is survived by her husband, Louis Galetto and their children, her son, David and his wife Mary (Giblin), her daughter Luanne and her husband Kevin Corcoran, and her daughter Laurie and her husband Wayne Musial. Along with with her Grandchildren; Matthew, Brian & Lauren Galetto; Steven and Nicole Corcoran; John, Sara and Rachael Musial She is also survived by her brother Walter Badaracco Jr. and Dennis Badaracco and his wife Augusta. Her sister in-law Marie Corcoran, and her many nieces and nephews whom she loved so much. She is preceded in death by her parents, Teresa and Walter Badaracco Sr., her sister Helen and her husband Thomas Kinka, her sister in-law Dolores Badaracco, brother in-law and sister in-law Peter and Spouse Enes Galetto and brother in-law Michael Corcoran.Doris touched all she knew in a very loving way, and was able to see the good in everyone. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She also was an active member of the St. Mary's grandparent association. One of her great joys was spending time with her family around the kitchen table, providing us all with wonderful memories of her love, laughter and food.
